Assessment
Comprehensive part reviews and 1st article assesments. From raw materials to conversion, processing and functional testing to finished, manufactured parts.
Fabrication
Our team has decades of experience working with mild steel, stainless steel, & aluminum products. Precision-finished parts expertly fabricated and built to last.
Finishing
SRC or one of our long-time trusted partners will finish each part with an array of services such as powder coating, plating, assembling, labeling, and much more.
Pre-Production
Each part receives a thorough review where we create a manufacturing file including prints, material specifications, machine setup sheets, finishing specifications, assembly instructions and packaging / shipping instructions. Sample parts are produced and 1st article documentation is created. SRC uses SolidWorks and SigmaNest CAD / Nesting programming systems for laser-cutting where most drawing file types are supported.
Production
Our metal fabrication process includes complete shop packets accompanying each customer order through our shop. This ensures our team knows your parts, quality requirements, special instructions, and due dates. We're proud of our ability to offer quick responses to inquiries, part manufacturability, and 1st article support. SRC provides full turnkey assembly and consistent on-time delivery of quality products.
