SRC is a full service, precision fabrication contract manufacturer. Close tolerance fabrication is our specialty. We process material from as light as 28 gauge all the way up to 3/4" thick plate. Repeatability between parts is achieved through our complete initial design review process, extensive use of jigs and fixtures, proper tooling and equipment maintenance, select manufacturing methods, and an outstanding team of experienced employees.

Pre-production
Initial Design Review: We manufacture a lot of metal parts and consider ourselves a part of your team. In many cases we can suggest design modifications that can lead to efficiencies in the manufacturing process that mean cost savings to our customers. Every customer part has a complete manufacturing file that includes prints, material specifications, routing information, machine set-up sheets, finishing specifications, assembly instructions, and packaging/shipping instructions.

Customer Service: We assign each customer to an experienced manager that is responsible for your orders. You will know whom to call!

Programming: TekSoft CAD/Cam programming system for all CNC punching and Sigmanest CAD/Nesting programming system for all laser cutting. Between both systems we can support .cdl, .dwg, .dxf, .hpgl, .igs, and .prt file types. Just attach your drawing to an e-mail and we will have it!

Prototyping: We can help you develop your designs into low cost, manufacturable parts. We understand short lead time requirements.

Finishing
Through both in-house facilities and outside subcontractors we provide complete finishing services to meet all your requirements. These include painting, powder coating, plating, heat treating, and silk screening.

Assembly
We provide electro-mechanical assembly of parts and subassemblies. We package parts to our customer specifications. We provide part numbering and bar coding as required. We offer local delivery and pick up in our trucks.
